Also, Family Home Funding did an amazing job at providing a loan that worked for me and my family with several other options available to us. Starting off with an FHA loan in a frenzy housing market made it a little more difficult to find a home but our mortgage broker was always behind the numbers and once were eligible for a conventional loan, they made the switch right away for us. Us the home buyers even made a big mistake on the paperwork that could have cost us the amazing house we now love in but if it weren’t for Ed Morba and Dawn DiGisi who stepped in immediately to fix the dilemma, we might have still been looking for a house now.
