Jacob L. Smith is a full time real estate salesperson based out of Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty's Belmar, NJ office. Jacob is a May 2004 graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance with a second concentration in English language. Jacob's career in real estate commenced after college when he was recruited and trained as a salesperson for Foxtons, Inc. of West Long Branch, NJ (January 2005). Jacob, a long time Monmouth County resident, joined Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty in December 2006. 

Jacob actively lists homes in Monmouth and Ocean County and specializes in assisting first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, and real estate investors with property acquisition and resale.
